How do I place an order for a custom unit?
At this time Corie Gurl only offers custom unit services to our VIP program members. Please email us at coriegurlkollection@gmail.com to inquire about being a VIP member. All other units will be available on site under the CG Ready to ship tab.
How long does it take to make a custom unit?
Custom Units typically take 12-15 business days to complete. Team Corie Gurl will confirm your completion date once the completed order form and deposit are received. , Team Corie Gurl will communicate your specific completion date via email. Ready to ship units are shipped out on the next business day that they are ordered.
How long does a custom unit last?
A Custom unit can last anywhere from 1-5 years with proper care. Over time lace becomes worn out and will need to be replaced.
How long does it take to receive my unit once I order online?
All “Ready to Ship Units” are complete and ready to ship out. If ordered by 2pm ET your order will ship the same day and you will receive it within 1-4 business days depending on your location. All orders placed on the weekend, will ship out on the following Monday unless it falls on a holiday. All “Custom Kollection” orders will ship out within 15 business days. Once ordered you will receive an email which will include your estimated ship date.
Is there a pick up option?
Yes! Simply select the pick up option at checkout. Once ordered you will receive an email notification letting you know your order is ready for pick up along with the address.
What are your hours of operation?
Team Corie Gurl is happy to serve you anytime Monday-Friday 10am-5:30pm ET. All emails and communication received outside of business hours/days will be answered within 24/48 hours.
Can I provide my own hair?
Yes! You may provide your own hair. Team Corie Gurl prefers new, unused hair for the best quality. If hair has been used, it must be clean and free of any products and you must have new lace. If you are interested in new hair or closures, be sure to check out our inventory at www.coriegurl.com.

Do you offer maintenance?
Yes! Please email Team Corie Gurl to place a maintenance order. We can wash, style, cut and repair your existing CG unit . Hit us up at coriegurlkollection@gmail.com and let us know what you need! You will then be promoted to send in your unit for servicing.
